CA125 (Cancer Antigen 125) test measures the amount of protein Cancer Antigen 125 (CA125) in the blood. It is primarily used as a tumor marker to detect certain cancers, particularly ovarian cancer,  monitor response to treatment or possible recurrence, and the course of the disease. However, elevated CA125 levels can also be associated with several non-cancerous conditions such as menstruation, fibroids, endometriosis, etc.
